You're joining a paid public beta. That means real features, real styling — and honest transparency about where we still are as a product. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. One-Time Public Beta Purchase

• Lookwear public beta access is a one-time purchase. The price is shown at checkout.
• There are no recurring charges.
• Participation in the public beta does not guarantee access at the same price or terms after the beta period ends.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and refunds are not available. If your styling output feels misaligned, email feedback@lookwearapp.com; we will prioritise revisions and continued support within beta capacity.

3. Experimental Experience

• Lookwear is in public beta. Features may evolve, change, or occasionally break without notice.
• Styling outputs — including lookbooks, product suggestions, and styling notes — may be imperfect or incomplete. You accept this as part of early access.
• Lookwear does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice. All styling content is for personal use only.

4. Delivery Timing

We aim to deliver your styling output within 24 hours of completing onboarding. During high-volume periods, delivery may take up to 48 hours. We'll notify you if timing changes significantly.

5. Data We Collect

Account & payment data

• Name, email address, and payment information (processed securely through our payment provider — Lookwear does not store full card details)
• Purchase and transaction history

Styling & preference data

• Sizing and fit preferences
• Style questionnaire responses
• Images or photos you upload (if applicable)

Usage data

• How you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used, session timing)
• Device type, browser, and approximate location (country/city level)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details

6. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and personalise your Lookwear styling experience
• To process payments and manage your purchase
• To communicate about your account, orders, and updates
• To improve Lookwear's product, features, and model accuracy
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data

We will never sell your personal data to third parties — full stop.

Anonymized use for improvements

We may anonymize and aggregate data (removing all direct identifiers) to improve Lookwear's models and product performance. This anonymized data cannot be traced back to you.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate Lookwear, we share limited data with trusted third-party providers including:

• Payment processors — to handle billing securely
• Email and communication tools — to send you styling outputs and account updates
• Analytics providers — to understand how the product is used (in anonymized or aggregated form where possible)
• Cloud infrastructure providers — to host and operate the platform

These providers are contractually required to handle your data only as instructed and in accordance with applicable privacy law.

8. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of any photos or images you upload.
• Lookwear retains ownership of the platform, software, and all product IP.
• Your styling outputs (lookbooks, styling notes) are provided for your personal use. Lookwear may use de-identified learnings or generalized insights to improve the product.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Billing and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by financial regulations.

Deletion requests

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@lookwearapp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will delete or de-identify your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).

Account closure

If you would like your data removed, please submit a deletion request separately.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability (receive a copy of your data in a structured format)
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email feedback@lookwearapp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Confidentiality + Sharing

• You may not publicly share screenshots, screen recordings, internal UI flows, or beta-only documents without written permission from Lookwear.
• You're welcome to share your outfits and final looks publicly — just keep internal product screens and documents private.

12. Feedback Use

Any feedback you provide may be used to improve Lookwear and referenced in anonymized product messaging. We will never identify you publicly without your explicit consent.

13. Communication Consent

By creating an account you consent to receiving transactional and service-related emails. With your opt-in, we may also send styling updates and product news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting feedback@lookwearapp.com.

14. Beta Access Rights

Lookwear may modify, suspend, or limit beta access at any time to protect system stability, prevent misuse, or iterate on the product.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Lookwear after changes are effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
